Hairstyle Ideas for Your Wedding

Looking stunning on your wedding day is an absolute must. Are you planning on going to a salon on the morning of the big day to have your hair styled? Pampering yourself on your wedding day is a great idea but why not pamper yourself in the comforts of your own home?

We highly recommended ghd straighteners; they are all you need to achieve salon quality hair and you can do this on your own. In fact, all the bridesmaids could have their hair styled in this fashion! This will save you time and money and it is a great bonding experience for you and your bridesmaids.

Although most bridesmaids wear up hairstyles, we are particularly fond of this style for bridesmaids:

To have the hairstyle above, follow these steps:
  • Step 1:  To section the hair, place your thumbs above your ears, draw a line around the back of your head until your thumbs meet. Gather the hair above your thumbs and clip it out of the way.
  • Step 2:   Depending upon the thickness of your hair, separate your hair into 3-6 sections. Lightly mist each section with ghd creation spray for longer lasting curls. In each section, place the ghd styler in at the roots, rotate it 180° and slowly glide the styler slowly through the hair until reaching the end. Catch each section as it falls, and twist it around your finger to increase the curl.
  • Step 3:   For the remainder of the hair, continue the hair curling technique. To create a straighter root area, simply insert the ghd IV styler and smooth down the hair starting the curl at your desired point.
  • Step 4:   To create a gorgeous dishevelled bouncy finish, run your fingers through the curls to separate and define. For that final touch, lightly mist with ghd ultimate hairpsray.

However, all sorts of beautiful hairstyles can be created using ghd straighteners because they don't just straighten hair, they can also create beautiful curls.
